The Great Lakes Region of Ryan Companies US, Inc. has promoted Robert “Bob” Wehner to director of preconstruction.
Wehner brings more than 30 years of experience to his new position. He formerly worked as team leader at Ryan Companies. He has worked with the firm since 2004.
Wehner said that one of the most exciting projects of his career, because of the prominence it holds for Ryan as well as for the downtown multifamily market, has been Aurélien, a 31-story luxury apartments tower in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. This is the firm’s first-ever downtown Chicago high-rise development.
