Great Western Bank recently closed on $55 million in financing for the Nebraska Crossing Outlet Mall, a project that celebrated its grand-opening Nov. 15 in Gretna, Neb.
The 346,000-square-foot outlet mall had 100,000 visitors in its first three days of business. Tenants in the mall include Coach Factory Store, Borsheims Boutique, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Kate Spade New York, Forever 21, American Eagle Outfitters, White House Black Market and Nike Factory Store among many others.
“We are pleased to have had the opportunity to play a part in this successful enterprise. There are so many great things it will contribute to the community and state as a whole,” said Dan Ertz, vice president of commercial real estate for Great Western Bank.
