Chicago-based Greenstone Partners acquired the 89,024-square-foot FedEx Distribution Center in the Northeast submarket of Indianapolis for $6.27 million, or $70.49 per square foot, at a 6.5% cap rate.
Colliers International marketed the property at 7250 E 90th St. on behalf of the seller, Citimark. Built in 1998 for Federal Express, the buildinf is located in the Northeast Business Center, an industrial park near I-69 and I-465.
The Colliers International sales team representing the seller was led by Capital Markets Senior Vice President Alex Cantu, and Senior Vice President in Industrial Advisory, Jason Speckman. The buyer represented itself in the transaction.
