Greenstone Partners added two new partners, Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz. The addition further strengthens Greenstone’s growing brokerage team while complementing its advisory, management and leasing platform.
Spitz and Dietz have established themselves among Chicago’s top urban and suburban investment sales experts, and collectively have nearly thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the course of their tenure in the commercial real estate industry, the pair has completed over $600 million in transactions, representing local and national investors, developers, REITS and family offices.
“We are very excited to welcome Danny and Greg as partners. They are true professionals, an excellent fit with our team-oriented culture and above all, they are long-term focused advisors. Their relationships and track-record, coupled with Greenstone’s full suite of services, ensures complete coverage of the urban and suburban Chicago market,” said Jason St. John, a founding partner of Greenstone.
“Joining Greenstone Partners is a tremendous opportunity to enhance our service capabilities with an experienced brokerage team that applies technology and data to produce superior client results,” Dietz said.
Spitz and Dietz join Greenstone after more than six years with Baum Realty Group. Spitz, a Skokie native, studied finance at Arizona State University, graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business with honors cum laude and continues to be involved in various charities in the Chicago area. Dietz studied real estate finance at Indiana University and is an active member of the Preservation & Development subcommittee of the Wicker Park Committee.
