Greenstone Partners adds two new team members

Greenstone Partners announced the addition of two new team members.

“Our team is known for retail, mixed-use, office, flex, and industrial transactions,” said CEO and Managing Partner Danny Spitz. “With our recent hires, we have expanded into multifamily and are serving an even greater pool of investors looking to transact throughout both the Chicagoland area and the Midwest.”

Since the beginning of the year, the brokerage firm has focused on growth, prompting the addition of Directors Jordan Multack and Malek Abdulsamad, Associate Tom Galvin, Analyst Trevor Allen, as well as Graphic Designer Paulina Ryt. In addition, the firm continues to cultivate and promote talent from within.

Ariana Vartzikos has been promoted to director of marketing. She joined Greenstone Partners in 2018 as a graphic designer before being promoted to senior graphic designer. Today, she oversees all design, branding, and marketing efforts at the commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Clarence Marsh has been promoted to director of transactions and operations. Prior to his current role, Clarence joined Greenstone Partners in 2019 as an investment analyst and was promoted to senior investment analyst in 2021. He works alongside the brokerage team in the disposition of commercial real estate assets on behalf of their clients. Process-driven, Clarence also works to enhance operating efficiencies at the firm. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
