Greenstone Partners, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Chicago, announced the sale of the CVS property located at 8325 Lemont Road, located at the southeast corner of 83rd Street and Lemont Road in Darien, Illinois.
The deal was brokered by Greenstone Partners’ Investment Associate Joe Bono.
The current tenant, CVS Health, is America’s largest retail pharmacy with nearly 10,000 locations and currently ranks as the fifth largest U.S. corporation by revenue of Fortune 500 companies.
The property is located just 25 miles from Downtown Chicago and is situated directly across the street from The Crossroads of Darien Business Center. The 13,200-square-foot building is situated on a parcel comprised of just over two acres of land.
Greenstone Partners exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer, a local Illinois-based national developer in the transaction.
