Greenstone Partners, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Chicago, announced the sale of the retail development parcel located along Highway 50, between I-94 and 104th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The 3.02-acre land site is an outlot to Seasons at River View, a 300-unit apartment development built in 2022, and a future senior living development covering 20 acres of land.

The deal was brokered by Greenstone Partners’ Senior Director Brewster Hague. Located in Kenosha County, the property benefits from its position in one of the fastest-growing areas in Wisconsin. Over the past 10 years, Kenosha County has had an 11% population growth, over $2.1 billion capital invested, and 17.5 million square feet in new developments spread across new company headquarters, food processing, manufacturing and logistics centers.

The property is positioned in a regional shopping district area just off I-94, providing convenient access to Chicago and Milwaukee. Surrounding retailers within the submarket include Woodman’s Food Market, Steinhafels, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, JCPenny, Costco Wholesale, Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Panda Express, Aspen Dental, McDonald’s, Texas Roadhouse and many more.

Greenstone Partners represented the purchaser in the transaction, a Chicago-based investor.
