Greenstone Partners successfully sold 2834 N. Southport Avenue in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The 7,800-square-foot corner building features three recently renovated apartments, an acclaimed restaurant and was 100 percent leased at the time of sale. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The listing generated multiple offers. Greenstone Partners represented the seller, a Chicago-based real estate fund, and also procured the buyer, a California-based private investor. The buyer indicated that the revenue diversification of the mixed-use asset was a main investment draw.
