Greenstone Partners successfully sold 825 W. Armitage Avenue, an 8,600-square-foot, mixed-use property in Chicago’s dense and affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Positioned on the southeast corner of Armitage and Dayton, the property boasts a desirable location with heavy daytime and nighttime population. The CTA Armitage Brown and Purple Line ‘L’ Station is just two blocks away providing incredible public transit access.

The property is fully occupied with two long-term retail tenants on the first floor and six apartment units above. Greenstone exclusively represented the seller while procuring offers from both local and out-of-state buyers. The purchaser was a private investor.
