Greenstone Partners announced the closing of a three building, multi-tenant office portfolio in Naperville. The Cantera-Naperville Office Portfolio, is comprised of 130,000 rentable square feet sold for $16 million or $124 per square foot.
Greenstone Partners’ Managing Partner Jason St. John and Senior Director Paul Tesdal represented the seller, a Naperville-based real estate operator and procured the purchaser, a Chicagoland-based family office in what was also a 1031 exchange.
The 86%-leased portfolio is located at 4300 and 4580 Weaver Parkway, Warrenville, and 1601 Bond Street, Naperville. It is situated 27 miles west of Chicago’s central business district, along one of Chicagoland’s most heavily trafficked interstates, the I-88/Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway.
The tenant roster is made up of healthcare, consulting, IT, and logistics services companies, with the remainder of the 14 occupied suites highlighted by financial, marketing and advertising, construction, and other professional services.
