Greenstone Partners announced the sale of three properties in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, totaling more than $7.5 million. Greenstone Partners Senior Director Brewster Hague represented the sellers in each transaction along with procuring each buyer.
Properties include:
• 1725 W. Division St. is a one-unit, 5,000-square-foot single-tenant retail condo sold for $2,275,000 in a 1031 exchange. Previously owned by a New York-based family office, it sold to a Florida-based family office. Managing Partner Danny Spitz also represented the seller in this transaction.
• 1670 W. Division St. is an 8,100 square foot, seven-unit property that sold for $3,250,000. The mixed-use property features ground-floor tenant Bangers & Lace.
• 1920 W. Division St. is a mixed-use 6,200 square feet, six-unit property that sold for nearly $2,350,000. Milk & Honey Cafe occupies the ground-floor, and has been in this location since 2002.
Both 1670 W. Division St. and 1920 W. Division St. were off-market transactions purchased by a California-based private individual from a Chicago-based family office.
