Greenstone Partners brokered the sale of a retail center at 4066-4080 N. Milwaukee Ave. in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago for $6.9 million.
The property features two building occupied by medical related retail tenants, including Athletico Physical Therapy, DentalWorks, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, and Midwest Express Clinic.
Greenstone Partners’ CEO & Managing Partner Danny Spitz and Senior Director Brewster Hague represented the seller, a private investment fund and procured the buyers, a private partnership based in Illinois.
The multi-tenant medical-retail center features 16,063 gross leasable area on 35,185 square feet of land and includes 41 off-street surface parking spaces.
