Commercial real estate brokerage firm Greenstone Partners has again expanded its brokerage team with the addition of Senior Director Kristian Sydow. He has been tapped to usher the firm’s planned expansion into Wisconsin.
With more than 23 years of commercial investment property experience, Sydow brings resounding expertise to his new role. After getting his start in the development and investments segments of the industry, he served as VP of the retail team of JLL (formally Apex Commercial) before joining Cushman & Wakefield | The Boerke Company. There, as a partner, Sydow focused on commercial investment sales, urban-infill redevelopment sites, and restaurant/hospitality sectors while successfully developing a strong team of brokers in the greater Wisconsin area.
Sydow’s ability to utilize his understanding of investment markets in order to develop an expanding, comprehensive investment base has earned him the loyalty of his clients, along with frequent referrals. Doing strategic consulting with the client to make their investment challenges his own are the factors that have separated Sydow in this business from the others.
