Chicago-based Greenstone Partners sold the Home Depot Outlot at 8600-8606 N. Church Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
The multi-tenant investment is 100-percent leased to Sprint, Great Clips, Slim 4 Life and The Lacquer Room. The property sold for $1.565 million at a 7.29 percent CAP rate, which equates to $245 a square foot.
Greenstone Partners’ Jonny Lefko represented the buyer, a private investor from Kansas City. The seller was represented by Block & Company’s Dimitri Rodopoulos.
