The property is 94 percent occupied and anchored by Rensenhouse of Lights and Kopps Carpet & Decorating. The property sold for $7.3 million, equal to $81 a square foot.
Greenstone Partners’ Johnny Lefko represented the sellers, a partnership based in Kansas City. Colliers International’s Mark Arensberg and Mike Yeggy represented the buyer.
