Greenstone Partners taps Paul Tesdal as SVP, investment sales

Greenstone Partners has hired Paul Tesdal as a senior vice president of investment sales. Tesdal has distinguished himself as a market leader in the exclusive acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and net-leased investments.

Throughout his 14-year tenure in commercial real estate, Tesdal has closed in excess of $500 million in total sales. He has been recognized as a CRE Future Leader, a CoStar Power Broker and NAIOP Rising Star whose client engagements include high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds, REITs and other institutional clients nationwide.
