Greyhill Group acquired a 764,000-square-foot industrial retail condominium at 1300 Falahee Road in Jackson, Michigan.
The property was purchased for $15 million in an off-market transaction from RHL Investments.
The deal closed on July 31, 2025, at a purchase price of $19 per square foot. Financing was provided through bridge financing by Rhine Legacy Capital.
