Greystone has provided a $77 million Fannie Mae DUS loan to refinance Park West Apartments in Griffith, Indiana. Dan Sacks and Eric Rosenstock with Greystone originated the loan.
Park West Apartments has 1,337 units. Bayshore Properties acquired it in 2016. Greystone originated a 12-year, fixed-rate Fannie Mae loan, which includes six years of interest-only.
