Greywolf Partners closed the recent sale of an industrial property at 904 Bethel Circle in Waunakee, Wisconsin, for $2.4 million.
Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Partners, represented the buyer in the transaction.
The 26,000-square-foot freestanding building also includes 3,900 square feet of office space. The facility is located on 1.47 acres and features multiple overhead doors. There are three dock doors with levelers. The building has a 21-foot clear height.
