Greywolf Partners conducted its ceremonial ground-breaking April 18 for the 258-unit Station 955 market-rate multifamily development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
The project is located at 955 W. Claremont Ave., near both University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Technical College.
The property includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The central hub links the buildings with a lounge, game area, business center and outdoor patio and courtyards. The property also features on-site management, heated underground parking and a fitness center.
Units include full-sized stacked washers and dryers, walk-in closets and engineered wood floors.
Greywolf Partners estimates that leasing efforts for Station 955 will begin later this summer or early fall.
The multifamily project is being developed by Greywolf Partners with Bailey Copeland, director development, leading it. Royal Construction will construct the project while JSD Professional Services is providing civil and landscaping engineering. JLA Architects has provided architectural services.
