Greywolf Partners completed construction of a new industrial facility in Madison, Wisconsin, in November of last year. The company also leased the entire building as of the end of 2022.
Steve Turner, a senior advisor with Greywolf Brokerage, represented the landlord in the leasing negotiations.
Uniek, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and supplier of home decor products, is the building’s new tenant. The 122,038-square-foot building is located at 6305 Ronald Reagan Ave. in the Center for Industry and Commerce business park.
The speculative building, developed by Greywolf Partners, broke ground last fall and was constructed by Corporate Contractors, Inc. JSD Professional Services provided civil and landscape engineering for the project, while JAKnetter Architects provided architectural services.
