Grow Pediatrics is proud to announce its collaboration with MSP Commercial on a new retail-style medical building just north of the Hy-Vee Grocery-anchored development on 161st St. West in Lakeville, Minnesota.

This marks the fourth location for the pediatric care provider, joining its existing practices in Inver Grove Heights and Richfield, and a future Eden Prairie location expected to open in early 2026.

The upcoming one-story, dual-tenant facility will span 9,000 rentable square feet (RSF), with Grow Pediatrics occupying approximately 60% of the space. The remaining 4,000 RSF is available for build-to-suit retail or medical tenants, with leasing managed by JLL Retail.

Designed to deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care services, the new clinic will offer onsite lab and testing capabilities and treat a wide range of conditions—from well-child visits and immunizations to same-day sick care and behavioral or chronic health care needs.

MSP Commercial is spearheading the development, delivering end-to-end services encompassing project management, construction coordination, and property management. The pad-ready site was selected for its proximity to high-traffic retail in the area and its alignment with Lakeville’s growing population.

Construction begins on November 1, 2025, with completion anticipated by July 2026. Gardner Builders will serve as the general contractor for both the shell and interior buildouts. Civil Site Group and Innovative Structural Solutions will contribute civil, landscaping, and structural engineering expertise.

Architectural plans by Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors feature a façade that complements neighboring buildings, blending brick, metal panels, and Nichiha siding for a modern aesthetic. Inside, a centralized staff core enhances workflow efficiency and visibility across patient rooms. The interior design reflects Grow Pediatrics’ vibrant brand identity, incorporating playful wallcoverings and resilient materials suited for high-traffic healthcare environments.
