SVN | Chicago Commercial recently brokered the sale of a land parcel at 5742 Northridge Drive in Gurnee, Illinois. A developer acquired the 2.64-acre land parcel for $1,000,000 with plans to build a hotel.
Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The land site, which includes a 24,000-square-foot, single-story building, received zoning relief from the city of Gurnee, facilitating the buyer to move forward with hotel development plans.
“The excellent expressway exposure along with immediate access to the Grand Avenue interchange, proximity to Gurnee Mills, Six Flags Great America and Great Wolf Lodge among other area attractions made it an easy choice for a new development,” said Cawthon.
