Hamilton Development broke ground on NorthPark Logistics, the first Class-A speculative industrial park in Clarksville, Tennessee.
The 200-acre site at 4175 Guthrie Highway will feature a total of 2.1 million square feet of institutional-quality industrial space across 14 buildings.
Centrally located less than 45 minutes from Nashville, NorthPark Logistics is directly served by R.J. Corman rail, offers immediate access to I-24 with two other interstate highways (I-65 & I-40) nearby, and is less than an hour drive from Clarksville Regional Airport and Nashville International Airport. The park sits directly adjacent to the $3.2 billion LG Chem plant in the heart of Clarksville’s robust industrial tenant base which includes LG Electronics, Hankook, Google, Bridgestone, and Amazon.
NorthPark Logistics features multiple opportunities for flexible build-to-suit or speculative space, with the ability to accommodate tenants from 18,200 to 1.2 million square feet. Hamilton Development recently started construction on the first phase of the development: four buildings totaling nearly 550,000 square feet. Building 1, a 206,752 SF cross dock, and Building 2, a 131,220 rear load facility, will be delivered Q1 2026.
