Colliers’ Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling have arranged a 15,129-square-foot headquarters lease with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick at Fisher Corporate Center located at 1707 N. Randall Road in Elgin, Illinois, on behalf of ownership. The civil engineering firm is expanding its presence and will move its executive team and office functions from its current location at 380 Shepard Drive in Elgin to the new space when the lease commences in September 2023. Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick will continue to use 380 Shepard as a field office.
Built in 1993, Fisher Corporate Center is a four-story, 436,00-square-foot office building offering tenants today’s modern conveniences such as on-site food service, a fitness center and conference center. 1707 N. Randall Road is owned by John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. The nut industry leader purchased the building in 2005.
