Chicago-based Hansen Realty has announced the renewal of two office spaces at its Near North Business Center, located at 2500 West Bradley for a total of 142,100 square feet.
Cable and internet provider RCN has renewed its 60,000-square-foot office space at 2640 W. Bradley for a long term lease. Additionally, AlStyle Apparel is renewing their 82,100 square foot space at 2500 W. Bradley for a long term lease. AlStyle Apparel and RCN’s office renewals, together with other recent leases, means that more than 250,000 square feet of office space, or almost half of the 500,000 square-feet of space, has been leased at the Near North Business Center.
Hansen Realty Inc. teamed up with Centrum and New York investment partner Angelo Gordon to oversee leasing activities at 2500 W. Bradley Place, which for decades was home to Bodine Electric Co., a manufacturer of small motors.
