Project partners Confluent Senior Living and Harbor Retirement Associates are celebrating the opening of HarborChase of Beavercreek in Beavercreek, Ohio, in the Dayton market. The 122,000-square-foot, assisted-living and memory care community provides 110 apartments for Dayton-area seniors and adds 75 jobs to the Dayton market.

The senior living community will host its grand-opening celebration on Feb. 20, having broken ground in June of 2017.

The project represents both project partners’ entrance into the Ohio market, marking the first HarborChase senior living community within the state. HRA, a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Fla., serves as co-developer and operator. Confluent Senior Living, a subsidiary of Denver-based real estate investment and development firm Confluent Development, is the community’s co-developer and owner.

Located at 4175 Indian Ripple Road in Beavercreek, the second-largest suburb of Dayton, the luxury retirement community will support Dayton’s strong demand for senior housing, providing 64 assisted living and 46 memory care apartments to seniors and their families in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom options.

HarborChase of Beavercreek is situated on seven acres, including 3.6 acres of open space, and is minutes away from one of Dayton’s largest shopping malls, The Greene Town Center. The community features 24-hour staff, bar and lounge, a barber and beauty salon, library, fitness and wellness center, game room, classroom, walking path and gardens, putting green, scheduled transportation daily, housekeeping and concierge services.

Eppstein Uhen Architects designed the new community and The Douglas Company served as general contractor.
