Lexington, Ken.-based Haymaker/Bean Commercial Real Estate recently completed two major lease transactions in Lexington.
The company represented Lexmark International in an about 70,000-square-foot lease to ACS, Inc., bringing 700 new jobs to the area.
Additionally, Haymaker/Bean also represented BB&T in securing a long-term lease for 34,000 square feet in the Lexington Central Business District for the company’s new headquarters. The former PNC Plaza will now be renamed BB&T Plaza.
