Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice President Jeffrey Provenza and Associate Sam Lepore represented Restricted Article Specialists, Inc., in its long-term lease of 17,826 square feet at 501 Eastern Avenue in Bensenville. The new tenant specializes in the packaging and transportation of materials and is relocating to a larger facility.
The 17,826-square-foot building has 3,390 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor fenced storage. With 15 foot ceiling height, 2,000 amps of power, and a wet sprinkler system, the building lends itself to the unique needs of Restricted Article Specialists.
The building is just 1.9 miles from the I-90 Elmhurst Road interchange will be less than a mile from the interchange of York Road and I-390 when the western highway to O’Hare is opened. This will give the tenant easy access to its city and suburban clients.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Fischer, Marc Samuels, and Steve Stone represented the building owner, Venture One, in the transaction.
