HCG Commercial Real Estate recently acquired the Civic Center Shopping Center at 2252 Waycross Road in Cincinnati.
The 82,257-square-foot multi-tenant retail shopping center is anchored by a 32,000-square-foot Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
The sale closed Dec. 20 of last year, and the purchase price was $2.53 million.
Phllips Edison & Co. was the seller. Christopher Prosser of Colliers International brokered the deal.
