HCG – Hakimi Capital Group acquired the Fort Gratiot Plaza, an 87,000-square-foot retail strip center in Fort Gratiot, Michigan.
The deal closed June 2 with a purchase price of $6 million.
Landmark Investment Sales brokered the transaction.
HCG owns and manages more than 25 properties comprised of multi-tenant retail shopping centers, office buildings (medical and professional), single-tenant NNN properties and mixed-use buildings.
