HD Electric has renewed its 20,010-square-foot lease at 1475 Lakeside Drive in Waukegan, Illinois.
JLL announced that Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh represented the tenant in this transaction. Whit Heitman, Sam Badger and Brad Weiner represented the landlord, Prudential Insurance.
