HD International has leased 48,440 square feet of industrial space located at 2740 W. 79th St. in Chicago. Scott Anderson, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Metro Storage Inc., in the transaction.
Separately, Nick Eboli, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented a packaging company in its lease of 30,000 square feet of warehouse space located at 421 N. California St. in Sycamore. Denise Weinmann of RVG Commercial Realty represented building ownership, Sycamore Industrial Park, in the transaction.
