HDA Architects has been engaged by Panattoni Development to design a 769,000-square-foot warehousing/distribution facility within the Lakeview Commerce Center in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Lakeview is one of the largest logistic parks in the Metro East.
The project is HDA’s second project for Panattoni in that development. The last project managed to attract a large Amazon Fulfillment Center. Fenton based Kadean Construction is the contractor and construction is scheduled to be complete in June of 2018.
