HDA Architects has been engaged by real estate development company HomeBase to provide architectural services for an AC Hotel Marriott in St. Louis. The design will be lead by JNS, which is partnering with HDA Architects.
The 192-room hotel includes 1,000 square feet of meeting space. The ground floor will include a common area with a bar and limited-menu restaurant as well as “European-style” breakfast for guests.
