Panattoni Development has chosen HDA Architects to handle the design of Lakeview Commerce Center 5 at Lakeview Commerce Center in Edwardsville, Illinois.
The 768,678-square-foot speculative distribution center utilizes concrete tilt-up panels and is designed to have four tenants with a two-story office space at each corner of the building.
Some of the design components include a two-tone paint scheme and accent lighting to highlight the architectural features. The project is scheduled to break ground in the late summer of 2017.
