HDA completed Forsythia on the Park, a luxury condominium development in Clayton, Missouri.
Positioned adjacent to Shaw Park, the four-story, 155,500-square-foot building reflects HDA’s intentional approach to residential design—balancing architecture, environment, and everyday livability.
From the outset, the design of Forsythia on the Park was driven by its unique relationship to the surrounding greenspace. HDA oriented the building to maximize views and natural light, integrating expansive private terraces that extend each residence outward and create a seamless connection between indoor living and the park beyond. The result is a building that feels both rooted in its context and elevated in experience, where architecture enhances how residents engage with their environment.
Inside, HDA’s design prioritizes both refinement and function. The 38 two- and three-bedroom residences are carefully planned to offer spacious, open layouts with a natural flow between living, dining, and outdoor areas. Shared spaces were intentionally designed to feel like an extension of the home. A resident lounge anchored by a fireplace, a technology-equipped community room, and thoughtfully integrated service elements like a 24-hour concierge and guest valet parking all contribute to a cohesive, high-end living experience.
