St. Louis-based HDA Architects recently completed the 768,678-square-foot Lakeview 5 distribution center for Panattoni Development in Edwardsville, Illinois. Edwardsville is located in the St. Louis market.
The tilt-up panel warehouse is designed to have four tenants with office spaces at each corner of the building. This is the second distribution center HDA has designed at Lakeview Commerce Center for Panattoni Development.
Kadean Construction was the general contractor.
