Heck Land Company recently sold 75 acres of cropland on the northwest corner of N 1900 Road and E 1500 Road in Lawrence, Kansas.
The Kansas Kaw Bottom property sold within 20 minutes during a Feb. 2 auction. The highest bid went to Randall Kresie, a neighboring landowner, who paid $6,200 an acre.
Kelvin Heck, of Heck Land Company, represented the seller, Arensberg Brothers Partnership, in the auction.
