Heck Land Company recently sold a 158-acre property in Lawrence, Kansas.
The land parcel is located six miles west of US-56 and US-59 on the city’s south side.
Kelvin Heck of Heck Land Company represented the seller. The buyer was not represented and remains undisclosed.
The tract of land previously belonged to the Robertson Family Trust. Rural water systems are already in place to support the cattle that currently graze the land.
