Nick Eboli, and Steve Bass, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Exeter Property Group, and Jason Talanian of Lowenbaum REP represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Bass represented Helukabel USA Inc. in its lease of a 40,425-square-foot warehouse building located at 1490 Crispin Drive in Elgin. Bass and Nick Eboli, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Exeter Property Group, in the transaction.
