The mixed-use Ironworks at Keystone development in Indianapolis won the 2015 Best Retail/Mied Use Project of the Year award from the Indiana chapter of NAIOP.
The chapter honored the development during its seventh annual real estate ceremony at the Conrad Indianapolis on Feb. 26.
Built in September of 2014, Ironworks at Keystone at 2727 E. 86th St. in Indianapolis is a five-story development that features nearly 36,000 square feet of fine-dining and shopping on its first floor and 120 residential apartments on its upper floors.
Ironworks is solely owned by Hendricks Commercial Properties, a Wisconsin-based development firm.
