Hendricks Commercial Properties will be building a new state-of-the-art speculative facility on 30 acres of land in the City of Beloit.
It will be located at the northeast corner of Willowbrook Road and State Line Road with access to I-90 and I-39.
The proposed site is currently owned and is being provided by the City of Beloit. Angus Young Associates designed the 105,000-square-foot crossdock industrial building to accommodate users from 52,500 square feet with expansion capacity to 420,000 square feet.
Corporate Contractors, Inc will be the general contractor that will construct the modern building incorporating energy efficient features such as insulated precast concrete walls, LED lighting and a white roof system with aesthetic design elements of decorative brick and vintage warehouse windows.
The building features 32-foot clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, ten dock doors with provisions for additional docks, two drive-in doors and 140-foot truck courts. The site also has the expansion capacity for a second building. This development is slated to break ground in spring of 2016 with expected completion by the fall of 2016.
Hendricks Commercial Properties has hired Chase Brieman of CBRE‘s Madison, Wisconsin, office to market the new development for lease.
