Hermes NexTec GmbH, a full-service e-commerce provider, has leased 4,303 sq. ft. of space at 8700 W. Bryn Mawr in Chicago, IL, an 821,000 sq. ft. Class A office building. The Hamburg, Germany based company will use the space as headquarters for its US retail e-commerce division.
Corey B. Chase, Principal and Kyle A. McKechnie, Associate, both with Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented Hermes in the transaction.
Ownership, a private entity, was represented by Dave Trumpy and Bill Debb of GlenStar Properties in the transaction.
