Hernandez Development & Construction completes 71,510-square-foot Class-A self-storage facility in Carol Stream, Illinois.
The new facility is located at 27W010 North Ave.
The three-story building features 625 climate-controlled units including 36 drive-up units. The development is exposed to more than 38,000 vehicles daily.
The facility will be professionally managed by CubeSmart, a national owner and operator of self-storage properties. G.A. Johnson & son served as the general contractor.
