HFF has closed the sale and arranged financing for The Streets of Woodfield, a 700,000-square-foot, retail project in Schaumburg.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, KF Schaumburg LLC. Arrow Operating Acquisitions LLC purchased the property free and clear of any debt. HFF’s debt placement team arranged the $100 million, four-year, adjustable-rate acquisition loan through CIBC World Markets.
The Streets of Woodfield is 98 percent leased and anchored by Whole Foods Market, Crate & Barrel, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Carson Pirie Scott. The Streets of Woodfield also includes a 20-screen AMC Theatre and the U.S. flagship store for LegoLand Discovery Center. The property is located at 601 N. Martingale Road immediately adjacent to Woodfield Mall, a 2.2 million-square-foot super regional mall.
The HFF investment sales team representing the seller included Director Daniel Kaufman along with Executive Managing Director Matthew Lawton and Senior Managing Directors Jim Batjer and Barry Brown.
The HFF debt placement team was led by Senior Managing Director Trey Morsbach and Managing Director Tim Joyce.
