KBS and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) recently announced the sale of the Pierre Laclede Center, an iconic two-building Class-A office complex in the St. Louis-area city of Clayton, Missouri. The complex totals 579,846 square feet.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, KBS. Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners, a national real estate investment management firm, purchased the property.
The Pierre Laclede Center is made up of two high-rise office towers at 7701 and 7773 Forsyth Blvd. in the heart of Clayton’s CBD.
