Hiffman National, the property management and advisory services division of real estate services firm NAI Hiffman, has been selected by Fritz Duda Company to manage 212 W. Kinzie St., a six-story, 24,625-square-foot office property located in Chicago’s River North submarket.
Hiffman National will lead day-to-day management operations for the building, which is located steps from the Merchandise Mart and Chicago River.
Supporting Hiffman National’s growth strategy in downtown Chicago is the recent addition of Gannon O’Brien as director of management services. A seasoned commercial real estate professional, O’Brien recently joined the firm to help oversee and expand its office portfolio in the urban core. O’Brien brings a wealth of experience in managing premier office assets and will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and client engagement for the firm’s growing portfolio of downtown properties.
Alexandria Borrego, associate director – management services at Hiffman National, will lead the on-site management team at 212 W. Kinzie.
