D.B.J Corporation has sold the former Alder School daycare facility located at 5051 Ace Lane in Naperville, Illinois to Higher Ground Education, based out of Lake Forest, California. Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt, partners with Algonquin, Illinois-based Realty Metrix Commercial, represented D.B.J Corporation in the transaction.
Higher Grounds will renovate the property, which features a 9,897-square-foot building situated on 1.07 acres. Dedicated to mainstreaming and modernizing Montessori education, Higher Grounds plans to reopen the facility by late summer in anticipation of the start of school.
