Hilco Real Estate is holding an online auction of a four-parcel land portfolio in Bowling Green and Vandalia, Ohio.
The assets in this portfolio are situated throughout northwest Ohio. All four parcels feature high-profile grocery and big-box retailers as neighboring tenants.
The properties in Bowling Green include two outparcels to a Home Depot-anchored shopping center. In Vandalia is a retail parcel northeast from a Kroger-anchored neighborhood shopping center.
The online auction will be held at this site and will begin Oct. 10 at 9 a.m. Central and conclude on Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. Central time.
